We have updated our fee structure, with reduced joining and annual fees for most organisations. The following joining and annual fees apply for invoices issued to all organisations from 1st April 2026.

These fees exclude GST which is applicable for New Zealand-based businesses. GST is not applicable to organisations based outside New Zealand, including Australia.
Notes on organisation criteria
Employee numbers are full-time equivalents. Turnover is in the dollars applicable in your organisation’s country of registration.
When fees are payable
The joining and the first annual fee are both payable when an organisation’s first EPD is registered. The annual fee is invoiced every 12 months after that. Turnover is in the dollars applicable in your organisation’s country of registration.
EPD registration fees
There are no fees for the registration and publication of 150 or fewer EPDs per organisation. For over 150 EPDs please contact us.
Subject to change
All fees and charges are subject to change without notice.
EPD preparation and verification
The costs of preparing an EPD (data collection, LCA modelling, preparing the LCA background report and EPD), and independent verification or process certification are borne by the business seeking to publish an EPD.
