ECO Platform Webinars – EU updated Construction Product Regulation

The modern apartments and office developments in the Sydhavnen district overlooking the harbour waterfront of Copenhagen, Denmark’s vibrant capital city.

Are you exporting construction products to Europe? Do you know your DPPs (Digital Product Passports) from your DoCPs (Declarations of Performance & Conformity)? If not, now’s the time to get familiar with the updated Construction Products Regulation (CPR).

A key change in the revised CPR is the requirement to assess a broader range of environmental aspects of products, along with the digitalisation of the reporting document. There is also a timetable for declaring environmental performance characteristics of products – starting with climate change effects – and EPDs will play an important role in supporting compliance.

A great place to begin to understand the requirements is with ECO Platform’s FREE four-part ECO webinar CPR series, all of which are available for viewing (with downloadable presentations) on their website. The topics include:

  • ECO Webinar #1: Will EPDs Become Mandatory?

  • ECO Webinar #2: Do we still need EPDs?

  • ECO Webinar #3: Decoding the New CPR

  • ECO Webinar #4: Digital Product Passport (DPP)
