1st Aug 2024
The new registration number will be in the format ‘EPD-IES’ followed by seven numbers. The last three numbers after the colon signify the version number. For example, EPD-IES-1234567:001.
For version control in the new format, whole sequential numbering must be used – for example: 001, 002, 003.
From May 2024, new EPDs will only be published with a registration number in the new format.
EPDs registered before then will be published with numbers in the old and new format. For example, EPD-IES-0012345:001 (S-P-12345).
Users searching for an EPD using the old or new registration numbers on the EPD Australasia website or in the International EPD System EPD library will be directed to the same EPD.
