EPD International have been approached by key actors in the food and electronics industries requesting development of new Product Category Rules (PCRs) to enable development and publication of EPDs.
The two new main PCRs will be:
Each PCR will set out the overall and sector specific EPD requirements and allow EPDs based on a declared unit for all products within scope.
EPD International are now seeking to appoint experienced and motivated PCR Moderators and Committee members to support the development of these two PCRs.
