Webinar: Using sustainable products in Green Star and Homestar projects

The New Zealand Green Building Council’s Plugged-In webinar series kicks off at midday on Wednesday 8 July on the important top of using products and materials in Green Star and Homestar projects.

Brad Crowley and Danidu Wijekoon from the Green Building Council will discuss how product or material can be used with Green Star and Homestar, including an overview of EPDs and Ecolabels, and will answer common questions from suppliers and manufacturers.

Alex Reiche from Building Excellence Group has been working for over a decade at the intersection of products, materials, suppliers and product compliance with the various Green Building rating schemes.  Alex will share his hands on experience, lessons learned, tips and recommendations on how to ensure you can claim as many points as possible for using environmentally certified products in Green Star and Homestar projects.
