The New Intercity (NIF) Fleet will provide a new level of comfort and convenience for the thousands of customers who travel between Sydney and the Central Coast and Newcastle, the Blue Mountains, and the South Coast. It offers improved accessibility, enhanced safety, improved comfort and many modern features. The NIF trains are designed, built, and maintained by RailConnect, a joint venture between Hyundai-Rotem, UGL and Mitsubishi.
This Environment Product Declaration (EPD) gives a detailed insight into the environmental impact of the NIF trains throughout all phases of the vehicle life cycle.
