The April newsletter from the International EPD System includes a number of important developments and updates for the EPD community.

Key highlights include:
- A joint position paper on the revised Construction Products Regulation
Together with 14 other EPD Programme Operators, the International EPD System raises concerns over aspects of the revised Construction Products Regulation and call for dialogue with EU policymakers through a joint position paper. - A new Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) with PEP Ecopassport
The new MRA between the International EPD System and PEP Ecopassport catalyses EPDs for Electronic and Electrical Products and Systems (EEPS), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership to drive harmonisation across key markets. - Introduction of the IES Individual Verifiers for 2025
EPD International welcomes 28 new individual verifiers to the International EPD System, who will provide expertise as third-party verifiers on EPDs globally across different industries. - A preview of the International Stakeholder Conference (ISC2025)
ISC2025 will take place on 13 September in Palermo, Italy, with registration opening on 1 May – save the date and express your interest now. - Major update to PCR 2019:14 for Construction Products
The updated Product Category Rules (PCR) for Construction Products, PCR 2019:14 version 2.0.0, has been officially released in the International EPD System. The previous version, PCR 2019:14 version 1.3.4, will be phased out by 20 June 2025. - Updated EPD International logotype and usage guidelines
The updated International EPD System logotype and brand guidelines are now available for download, including guidance on product-specific traceability logotypes.
