The update will include an updated Materials Calculator.
Users will see a significant improvement in the way the calculator works, with more materials and options to choose from. Furthermore, it has been aligned with the impact assessment method used in EN 15804 compliant Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) such as Australasian EPDs. This will, provide manufacturers with a direct pathway for their low environmental impact products to be rewarded.
The inaugural New Zealand Infrastructure Sustainability Summit, hosted by ISCA, will be held in Auckland on 7th June.
Australasian EPD Owners Liberty OneSteel is one of the sponsoring partners of the Summit. More details and registration are available here.
