SKY LightWeight Modular Vault 100mm

CMI Safe Co is an Australian manufacturer of safes, security products, and modular vault systems, operating from New South Wales since 1946. This EPD covers the CMI SKY LightWeight 100mm Modular Vault Panel, a prefabricated security panel comprising an outer steel shell and a proprietary high-strength composite core, manufactured using a specialised binding and finishing process.

The SKY LightWeight 100mm panel is independently tested in accordance with AS/NZS 3809:1998 and complies with the requirements of Grade VII, a high-security classification for safes and strongrooms. The system is used in the construction of modular vaults, strongrooms, secure storage facilities, and other high-security environments across sectors including banking, government, pharmaceutical, data centres, and precious metals storage.

Designed for durability and circularity, the modular panels can be recovered, refurbished, and reinstalled in future projects, enabling multiple service life cycles over several decades and reducing the need for disposal and replacement materials.
