This Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) covers the environmental impacts of InfraBuild’s Merchant Bar manufactured by InfraBuild to AS/NZS 3679.1 (Structural steel Part 1: Hot-rolled bars and sections). It has third-party JAS/ANZ Certification to independently confirm it consistently meets the requirements of the Standard.
This EPD is valid for a declared unit of one tonne (t) of product ready for dispatch to a customer.
This EPD is an update of the original InfraBuild EPD, expired in September 2025.
Material Circularity Indicator (MCI) metrics and pre- and post-consumer recycled content percentages have been developed and included for the products covered in this EPD.
