BarChip 48, BarChip 54 and BarChip 60 Macro Synthetic Fibre Concrete Reinforcement from BarChip Inc.

BarChip macro synthetic fibre (MSF) concrete reinforcement is a corrosion free, high performance reinforcement solution used for crack control and structural reinforcement in concrete and shotcrete. BarChip fibres are manufactured in a range of lengths and configurations, each engineered to deliver optimal performance for specific applications.

BarChip works by evenly distributing thousands of high-tensile fibres throughout the concrete mix, creating reinforcement that is fully integrated into the concrete itself. This provides consistent, three-dimensional reinforcement that improves load distribution and crack control throughout the structure. The result is concrete that delivers reliable performance, improved durability and greater construction efficiency compared to conventional reinforcement methods.

BarChip is more than a fibre supplier. For 30 years, BarChip has led the development of macro synthetic fibre technology, from fibre design and manufacturing through to best practice application on site. BarChip specialists support projects at every stage, providing expertise in engineering design, concrete mix optimisation, quality control and application support.
